Identity verification (KYC)
Every traveler must provide valid ID documents before accepting a package. Verified users receive a special badge.
Ratings and reputation
After each delivery, both parties rate each other. The rating history is visible on the public profile.
Report a violation
Any user can report suspicious behavior or a violation. Reports are reviewed quickly by the team.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the Chamedun team reviews the records logged on the platform and runs a mediation process.
Items that must never be carried
Carrying these items is a crime and leads to immediate account suspension.
- Drugs and psychotropic substances
- Weapons, ammunition and military items
- Contraband and goods without customs clearance
- Explosive, flammable and corrosive materials
- Live animals and unauthorized animal products
- Prescription-only or unauthorized medicines
- Other people’s documents, bank cards or ID papers
- Anything prohibited under Iranian or Omani law
Dispute resolution process
If something goes wrong, we follow this transparent path.

The affected user files the issue on the platform and attaches evidence (photos, messages).

Initial review
The support team reviews both parties’ records and the package details in the system.

Mediation
Through a conversation between the parties, a fair resolution is proposed.

Decision and action
If a violation is proven, the offending user’s account is restricted or suspended.
