Identity verification & liveness
Every traveler must provide valid ID and pass a liveness check; verified users receive a special badge.
Escrow holds your funds
The sender's payment is held by Chamedun until delivery is confirmed, and only then released to the traveler.
Two-code + photo handoff
Each package has a pickup code and a delivery code, and a photo is logged at each step so the exchange is undeniable.
Insurance & declared value
You can declare the package value so it's covered up to the stated amount.
Ratings & reputation
After each delivery, both parties rate each other, and the trust score is visible on the public profile.
Disputes & arbitration
If a dispute arises, the Chamedun team reviews the platform record and runs a fair arbitration process.
On-platform protection
Both parties' contact details are masked and coordination stays inside the platform, so everything is logged and safe.
Report a violation
Any user can report suspicious behaviour or a violation; reports are reviewed quickly.
Items that must never be carried
Carrying these items is a crime and leads to immediate account suspension.
- Drugs and psychotropic substances
- Weapons, ammunition and military items
- Contraband and goods without customs clearance
- Explosive, flammable and corrosive materials
- Live animals and unauthorized animal products
- Prescription-only or unauthorized medicines
- Other people's documents, bank cards or ID papers
- Anything prohibited under the laws of Iran or the destination country
Dispute resolution process
If something goes wrong, we follow this transparent path.

The affected user files the issue on the platform and attaches evidence (photos, messages).

Initial review
The support team reviews both parties' records and the package details in the system.

Mediation
Through a conversation between the parties, a fair resolution is proposed.

Decision and action
If a violation is proven, the offending account is restricted or suspended and escrow is refunded.
